Delivery and returns

Printing

Printed copies are made to order at the print lab nearest the delivery address, usually within 2 to 4 working days of payment.

Delivery

Checkout shows live prices and an arrival window for each delivery speed. Your order page shows progress and tracking once it has shipped. Parcels come in plain packaging with no prices inside, so they can go straight to the person you're celebrating.

Returns

Because every magazine is personalised, we can't accept returns of copies that arrive as approved. If yours is damaged, misprinted or lost, email hello@myedition.one and we'll reprint or refund it.
